In a recent move to strengthen cross-border cooperation in the digital security sector, a delegation from German Securitas Group, a leading European security service provider with a global footprint, paid an official visit to Xinmate (Yantai) Electronic Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinmate"). The two parties conducted in-depth discussions on topics including digital transformation of enterprise security services, intelligent upgrading of service networks, and joint development of cross-border service solutions, laying a solid foundation for future strategic cooperation。    Background of the Visit: Complementary Advantages Drive Cross-border Interaction Founded in 2013, Xinmate has grown into a pivotal internet software technology enterprise in China with multiple independent intellectual property rights. Specializing in providing basic internet application service solutions for enterprises nationwide, the company has established over 300 service outlets in more than 200 cities across China, boasting a team of over 5,000 service personnel nationwide and a headquarters in Kunshan with more than 100 employees. With its service network covering over 100,000 corporate customers, Xinmate has accumulated rich experience in localized service operation, large-scale network management and enterprise digital service customization.    German Securitas Group, with a history of over 80 years, is renowned in Europe for its professional security services, risk management solutions and advanced security technology applications. As the European market increasingly demands localized digital security services for Chinese-funded enterprises, and Chinese enterprises' overseas expansion calls for international security service support, the complementary advantages between Xinmate's domestic service network and German Securitas' international technical strength have become the core driving force for this visit.

In-depth Exchange: Showcasing Strengths and Aligning Cooperation Directions

The visit kicked off with a tour of Xinmate's Kunshan headquarters. The German delegation was first shown around the company's R&D center, where Xinmate's technical team demonstrated core products such as the "Intelligent Enterprise Service Management Platform" and "Regional Service Network Monitoring System". The platform's functions, including real-time monitoring of service personnel's work status, intelligent dispatching of service tasks, and data-driven service quality evaluation, aroused great interest from the delegation.    "Xinmate's service network covering more than 200 cities in China and its mature localized operation model are exactly what we need to provide in-depth security services for Chinese-funded enterprises in Europe," said Mr. Thomas Müller, CEO of German Securitas Group. "Our advanced security risk assessment system and intelligent early warning technology can also help Xinmate upgrade its domestic enterprise security service solutions."    During the roundtable discussion, the two parties focused on three key cooperation directions: First, joint development of a "China-Europe Enterprise Cross-border Security Service Package" to provide one-stop digital security services for Chinese enterprises going overseas and European enterprises investing in China; second, technical cooperation on intelligent service platforms, integrating German Securitas' security risk assessment algorithms into Xinmate's service management system; third, personnel training and experience sharing, establishing a regular exchange mechanism for service team management and technical R&D.

Preliminary Achievements: Reaching Consensus on Pilot Projects

The visit concluded with the signing of a Letter of Intent for Cooperation. According to the agreement, the two parties will launch a pilot project in three cities—Shanghai, Munich and Berlin—within the next three months. Xinmate will provide localized service network support, while German Securitas will supply security technology and international service standards. The pilot project will focus on serving small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing and logistics industries, testing the feasibility of the joint service solution.    Mr. Zhang Wei, General Manager of Xinmate, expressed his optimism about the cooperation: "This visit is a key step for Xinmate to move towards internationalization. By joining hands with German Securitas, we will not only upgrade our service capabilities with international advanced technologies but also help our domestic customers better adapt to the security requirements of the global market."

Future Outlook: Building a Sino-German Digital Security Service Ecosystem

Industry insiders pointed out that the in-depth exchange between Xinmate and German Securitas reflects the growing demand for cross-border integration in the global digital security service industry. Xinmate's extensive domestic service network and localized operation experience, combined with German Securitas' international technical advantages and service standards, are expected to create a new model for Sino-German cooperation in the security service sector.    Looking ahead, the two parties plan to establish a joint working group to promote the implementation of the pilot project and conduct research on expanding cooperation to other regions such as Southeast Asia and North America. For Xinmate, this cooperation will not only enhance its brand influence in the international market but also provide a valuable reference for the internationalization of China's internet software technology enterprises.
